On 15th March 2025, there is a Catholic national youth event being held at the Ovo Arena, Wembley.

The event is being organised by CYMFED, the Catholic National Youth Federation.

To become a “Flame-Maker” you simply need to meet these criteria:

1. Your 18th birthday was on or before 31st August 2024
2. You are no more than 35 years old on 15th March 2025
3. You are known to a CYMFed Member Organisation (i.e. a Diocese in England and Wales, or a Religious Order, Movement or Organisation that is an accredited member of CYMFed). If you are not sure about this, there is more detail as you begin to fill in the form
4. You are available for a training day in London, on Friday 3rd January 2025.
5. You are available for the full day of Flame, from 07.00 to 19.00 on 15th March 2025 (and ideally also available from 15.00 on Friday 14th March).

These criteria are non-negotiable; if you do not meet them, please do not send in an application. If you are eligible, then the application form should not take more than three minutes to complete, and we very much look forward to welcoming you as a Flame-Maker.

If you are interested in taking part in Flame 2025 as a volunteer, fill in this form and one of the Chaplaincy Team will get back to you.
